Shipping and Return Policy

All Products Without Customisation

Return & Exchange due to size and style issues should be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery for all orders. Tags and packaging should be intact and the product should be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.  

Damaged Product

Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product that is damaged. Please note that 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style, design or irregularities in print, it only implies to any physical damages.

Customised and Altered Products

No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments that have been customised or which have been altered by the customer.


We make every effort to ensure you are fully satisfied with our product. Each piece is made-to-order, with a great deal of care and attention to detail. Soon after the order is received, the garment goes into production. So, if you wish to cancel your order, you must reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order.If the cancellation request is received any later than 24 hours after the order is placed, the production process will already be under way, and we will be unable to process your request. . We can initiate an exchange/ store credit or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days.


Reverse Pickup Shipping Costs

Costs of shipping are borne by the Company only for exchanges and only for the first exchange request. Subsequent exchange requests do not carry any such adjustment. In case there are multiple exchanges for a single order, and in case of any returns, customers have to bear the costs of reverse pick and delivery (where applicable). 


Standard Dispatch

All products will be dispatched between 5 to 7 working days from the time the order is placed. If you have a special request and need your order earlier, you can get in touch with us, and where feasible, we will do our best to ensure that it reaches you sooner.
